I have the wordpress version 2.6.5. I have also uplaoaded the pagepeel plugin in the plugin directory than also it is not showing.plz reply

It’s not working even that I changed the chmod rights of pageear_s.jpg

Error, following files are not writeable / Fehler, folgende Dateien koennen nicht geschrieben werden:

wp-content\plugins\pageear\pageear_s.jpg

To change config please set file attributes to 666 / Um die Konfiguration zu �ndern, bitte Zugriffsrechte der Dateien auf 666 setzen.

uploaded folder to directory wp-content/plugins/pageear/ . Went to activate my plugin and I did not see in under plugins. Can you please advise.?
